Returns Policy

Please read all conditions below.
 
Please make your claims for "damaged items on delivery" or missing items within 24hours (without open the box) .
If you decide to return your purchase, you can do so within 48 hours of receipt of products after your purchase. Note that all returns and cancellations after receiving the order(s) / product(s) are subject to a charge of QR 30 fee.


The following conditions apply:
• To return an item please call our Customer Care Centre at +974 5029 8698 or email customercare@masasouq.com

• All returned items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.

• Goods must be complete, unused, and in new condition as received. If the box has been opened, we cannot return the item.

• If the goods are defective, please specify the defect. Please DO NOT write or mark anywhere on the product's factory packing or product itself.

Pre-orders are nonrefundable and must be paid in advance as the items are specifically pre-booked for the customer who placed the pre-order.

• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
