Changing Your Password

Keeping your password secure is essential to protecting your Masasouq account. This article explains how to change your password at any time through your account settings.

1. How to Change Your Password

To update your password while logged in:

  1. Log in to your Masasouq account

  2. Go to My Account

  3. Click on Security Settings or Change Password

  4. Enter your current password

  5. Enter your new password and confirm it

  6. Click Save to apply the change

Your password must meet our security criteria to ensure your account is protected.

2. Forgot Your Password?

If you have forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the Login page

  2. Click on Forgot Password?

  3. Enter your registered email address

  4. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password

If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

3. Tips for a Strong Password

  • Use at least 8 characters

  • Include a mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols

  • Avoid using easily guessed information like names or birthdates
