Refer-a-Friend Program

Masasouq’s Refer-a-Friend Program is designed to reward our loyal customers for helping us grow. When you refer someone to shop with us, both you and your friend benefit.

1. How the Program Works

  • Share your unique referral link with friends, family, or colleagues.

  • When your friend places their first order using your link, they will receive a discount on their purchase.

  • Once your friend’s order is completed, you will receive a reward (discount code, credit, or voucher) as a thank-you.

2. Who Can Participate

  • The program is available to all registered Masasouq customers with an active account.

  • There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

3. How to Access Your Referral Link

  1. Log in to your Masasouq account.

  2. Go to the “Refer a Friend” section (found under your account dashboard).

  3. Copy your unique referral link.

  4. Share it via email, social media, or direct message.

4. Referral Rewards

  • For your friend: A one-time discount on their first qualifying order (minimum purchase amount may apply).

  • For you: A reward issued once their order is confirmed and not returned.

The type and value of rewards may vary during promotions. Please check the current terms on the referral page.

5. Terms and Conditions

  • Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Self-referrals are not allowed.

  • Masasouq reserves the right to suspend or modify the program at any time.

  • Abuse of the program may result in removal from eligibility.
