Order History

Your Masasouq account provides access to your full order history, helping you track purchases, check delivery status, and review past orders at any time.

1. Viewing Your Order History

To view your orders:

1. Log in to your Masasouq account

2. Click on My Account in the top-right corner

3. Select My Orders from the menu

You will see a list of all completed, pending, and canceled orders made under your account.

2. Details Available in Each Order

When you open a specific order, you can view:

• Order number and date

• Item(s) purchased

• Payment method

• Delivery address

• Order status (e.g., Confirmed, Shipped, Delivered)

• Invoice or receipt download option (if available)

3. Guest Checkout Orders

If you placed your order as a guest:

• Order details were sent to your email at the time of purchase

• To access full history in the future, you’ll need to create an account using the same email address

If you cannot find your guest order, please contact customer support with your order number.

4. Downloading Receipts

For registered users:

• Receipts may be downloaded from the My Orders section

• Click on the specific order, then select Download Invoice or View Receipt
