Tracking Orders
At Masasouq, we keep you informed every step of the way. Once your order is placed, you can track its progress in real time until it reaches your doorstep.
1. How to Track Your Order
Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, you will receive tracking updates by:

Email and/or SMS with your order status

Updates in your Masasouq account if you are a registered user
To track your order online:

Log in to your Masasouq account

Navigate to My Orders
-
Click on the relevant order to view its live status
If you checked out as a guest, you can contact our support team with your order number to receive tracking details.
2. Order Status Explained
Each order passes through the following stages:

Confirmed: Your order has been received

Processing: We are preparing your items
-
Shipped: The package has been dispatched

Out for Delivery: The courier is on the way

Delivered: The order has been successfully delivered
3. Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery
Orders placed before 4:00 PM on working days (Saturday to Thursday) are usually:

Delivered same day within Doha
-
Delivered next working day outside of Doha or if ordered after the cutoff time
No deliveries are made on Fridays.
4. Missing or Delayed Updates
If you have not received tracking information within a reasonable time:
