Masasouq offers reliable and timely shipping options within Qatar to ensure a convenient shopping experience. This article outlines the available delivery choices, timelines, and key conditions.

1. Standard Delivery (Within Qatar)

All orders are shipped via our trusted local delivery partners.

• Doha:
  ‣ Free delivery
  ‣ Same-day or next-day delivery for orders placed before 4:00 PM

• Outside Doha:
  ‣ Delivery fees may apply (calculated at checkout)
  ‣ Delivery usually within 1–2 working days

2. Delivery Days & Times

• Working Days: Saturday to Thursday

• Delivery Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Friday: No deliveries

3. Same-Day Delivery Eligibility

To qualify for same-day delivery:

• The order must be placed before 4:00 PM

• The delivery address must be within Doha

• The product must be in stock

4. Pre-Order or Out-of-Stock Items

If any item in your order is out of stock or on pre-order:

• You will be notified by email or phone

• Delivery may be delayed by 2–3 business days

• Partial deliveries may be arranged at no extra cost

5. Delivery Notifications

You will receive:

• An order confirmation after placing the order

• A dispatch update when your item leaves the warehouse

• A notification or call prior to delivery
