2. Payment Processing

  • Payments must be completed in full at the time of order placement unless a cash-on-delivery or installment option has been selected.

  • All transactions are processed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email and/or SMS.

3. Installment Options (If Applicable)

  • Select items may be eligible for interest-free installments via approved partners.

4. Failed or Declined Transactions

  • If your payment is declined, please verify that all card or wallet details are correct.

  • Masasouq does not store payment card information.

  • Multiple failed payment attempts may result in a temporary block for security reasons.

  • If issues persist, contact your bank or card provider, or use an alternative method.

5. Security and Fraud Prevention

  • All payments are processed via secure, encrypted channels and comply with international payment security standards (PCI-DSS).

  • Masasouq reserves the right to request additional verification if fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • Orders may be canceled or delayed if payment irregularities are detected.

6. Invoices and Tax

  • An electronic invoice is issued for every confirmed order.

  • Prices shown on the website are inclusive of applicable VAT or sales tax, where required by law.
