Shipping Policy

Masasouq provides delivery services across Qatar with a focus on speed, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all locations within the State of Qatar.

2. Delivery Schedule

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday, Saturday) are delivered the same day or next working day.

• Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed the next working day.

• Delivery hours:

  • Sunday – Thursday, Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • Friday: No deliveries

3. Delivery Fees

• Free delivery is available for orders within Doha.

• Orders outside Doha may include a delivery fee, shown during checkout.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) may include an additional service fee.

4. Important Notes

• Ensure all delivery details are accurate to avoid delays.

• If delivery fails, our courier will contact you to reschedule.

• Please check your items upon delivery and report any issues within 24 hours.
