At Masasouq, we value customer feedback and encourage you to share your experience with products you’ve purchased. Reviews and ratings help other customers make informed decisions and allow us to maintain quality across our offerings.

1. Who Can Leave a Review?

Only customers who have made a verified purchase on Masasouq are eligible to leave a review. This ensures that all feedback is genuine and based on real product usage.

2. How to Submit a Review

To post a review:

1. Log in to your Masasouq account

2. Go to My Orders

3. Select the product you wish to review

4. Click on “Write a Review” under the product name

5. Rate the product (1 to 5 stars), and leave a comment sharing your opinion or experience

You can also upload images if available, to help other customers see the product in use.

3. Review Guidelines

To ensure that reviews are helpful and appropriate:

• Be honest and specific about your experience

• Avoid using offensive language or personal information

• Do not include pricing, promotional, or competitor information

• Reviews must relate directly to the product

All submitted reviews are subject to moderation and may be rejected if they do not meet our guidelines.

4. Star Rating System

Products are rated based on a 1 to 5-star system:

• ⭐ 1 Star – Very dissatisfied

• ⭐⭐ 2 Stars – Needs improvement

• ⭐⭐⭐ 3 Stars – Average

• ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 Stars – Satisfied

• ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Excellent

The average rating is calculated based on all submitted reviews.

5. Editing or Deleting Your Review

If you wish to edit or remove your review:

• Log in to your account

• Go to My Reviews under your profile

• Locate the review and select Edit or Delete
