Updating Personal Information

Keeping your personal information up to date ensures accurate deliveries and secure communication. This article outlines how to update your details in your Masasouq account.

1. What Can Be Updated

You can update the following personal details:

  • Full name

  • Mobile number

  • Email address

  • Password

  • Preferred language

  • Saved addresses (see Address Book)

2. How to Update Your Information

To make changes:

  1. Log in to your Masasouq account

  2. Go to My Account

  3. Select Profile Settings or Account Details

  4. Edit the fields you wish to update

  5. Click Save to apply changes

3. Updating Your Email Address

When changing your email:

  • You may be asked to confirm the new address through a verification email

  • Ensure the new email is accessible and spelled correctly

  • Once confirmed, this email will be used for all future communications

4. Changing Your Mobile Number

To update your phone number:

  • Enter the new number and click Verify

  • A verification code will be sent via SMS

  • Enter the code to complete the update

5. Security Tip

Always log out after updating sensitive information, especially when using shared or public devices. Do not share your login details with others.
