1. Overview

Masasouq Gift Cards are available in various denominations and can be used to purchase any product listed on the website, unless stated otherwise. Gift Cards are issued digitally and delivered via email to the recipient.

2. How to Purchase a Gift Card

1. Visit the “Gift Cards” section on the Masasouq website.

2. Select the preferred amount and design.

3. Enter the recipient’s name and email address.

4. Add a personal message (optional).

5. Proceed to checkout and complete your payment.

Once the purchase is complete, the digital gift card will be sent directly to the recipient’s email address.

3. How to Redeem a Gift Card

To use a gift card:

• Add your selected items to the cart.

• At the checkout page, enter the gift card code in the “Gift Card or Discount Code” field.

• The card value will be applied to the order total. If the purchase exceeds the card value, the remaining balance can be paid using another available payment method.

4. Terms and Conditions

• Gift cards are valid for purchases on masasouq.com only.

• Cards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• If the full amount of the gift card is not used in one transaction, the remaining balance will remain available until used or expired.

• Expiry terms (if applicable) will be indicated at the time of purchase.

• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. Please treat gift card codes as confidential.
