4. Troubleshooting a Promo Code

If your promo code is not working:

• Verify that the code is entered exactly as provided (no extra spaces or characters).

• Check that your order meets the terms of the promotion.

• Ensure the code has not expired.

• Confirm that the code has not already been used, if it is a single-use code.
