Changing Shipping Address

At Masasouq, we understand that delivery details may need to be updated. This article explains how and when you can change your shipping address for an order.

1. Changing Address Before Placing an Order

If you haven't placed your order yet:

  1. Log in to your Masasouq account

  2. Go to My Account > Address Book

  3. Add, edit, or delete addresses as needed

  4. At checkout, select the correct shipping address

You can also set a default address for future orders.

2. Changing Address After Placing an Order

If the order has already been placed:

  • You may request an address change only if the order has not yet been shipped

  • Once the order is in transit, the shipping address cannot be changed

To request a change:

  1. Contact our customer support team immediately

  2. Provide your order number and the correct shipping address

We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but this cannot be guaranteed for orders already being processed.

3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, address changes must be confirmed by phone to avoid delivery issues. Make sure your contact number is up to date.

4. For Registered Users vs. Guest Checkout

  • Registered users can manage their address book anytime

  • Guest users must contact customer support directly to update shipping details
