Estimated Delivery Times

Masasouq is committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably across Qatar. This article explains how our delivery timelines work, and what you can expect after placing an order.

1. Standard Delivery Times

• Doha Deliveries:
  Orders placed before 4:00 PM on working days are usually delivered same day or next working day.

• Other Areas in Qatar:
  Orders outside of Doha are typically delivered within 1–2 business days, depending on the location.

2. Working Hours

Our delivery hours are as follows:

• Saturday to Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Fridays: No deliveries are made

Orders placed on Fridays will be processed on Saturday.

3. Stock Availability

• If a product is in stock, it will be processed and shipped as per the timeline above

• If a product is out of stock, you will be notified, and delivery may be delayed by 2–3 business days

• You may choose to wait, cancel, or receive a partial shipment if only some items are unavailable

4. Prepaid and Cash on Delivery Orders

Both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders follow the same delivery schedule. However, we may call to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

5. Delivery Confirmation

You will receive:

• A confirmation email or SMS once your order is confirmed

• A notification when your order is dispatched

• A final message or call when the courier is on the way

6. Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated times, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

• High demand periods (e.g., sales or holidays)

• Extreme weather conditions

• Incomplete address or contact information

We will always notify you in case of a delay and provide updates accordingly.
