At Masasouq, we strive to offer transparent and fair delivery rates across Qatar. This article outlines our current shipping charges, including free delivery eligibility and important notes.

1. Free Delivery Policy

We offer free shipping for all orders delivered within Doha.

• No minimum purchase required

• Applies to both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

• Same-day or next-day delivery (based on time of order and stock availability)

2. Shipping Charges for Other Areas

For locations outside of Doha, a delivery fee may apply depending on the area.

• The exact charge will be shown at checkout after entering your delivery address

• Delivery times may be slightly longer for remote areas

• Free shipping is not currently available outside Doha

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM on working days are typically delivered on the same day or the next working day

• Working days: Saturday to Thursday

• No deliveries are made on Fridays

• If an item is out of stock, delivery may be delayed by 2–3 business days

4. Order Consolidation

If your order contains multiple items and some are temporarily unavailable:

• We may deliver the available items first

• The remaining items will be shipped separately at no additional charge
