Managing Account Information

Your Masasouq account allows you to securely manage your personal details, preferences, and order history in one place. This article provides an overview of what you can manage and how to keep your account up to date.

1. Accessing Your Account Information

To manage your account:

  1. Log in to your Masasouq account

  2. Click on My Account in the top-right corner

  3. Use the menu to navigate through different sections such as Profile, Address Book, Orders, and Security

2. Information You Can Manage

Within your account, you can:

  • Edit your name, email, and mobile number

  • Update your login password

  • Add or edit shipping addresses

  • Track and view past orders

  • Manage notifications and language preferences

  • Request account deletion

3. Updating Personal Details

To update your name, phone, or email:

  • Go to My Account > Profile Settings

  • Edit the relevant fields

  • Save the changes

  • You may be asked to verify changes via email or SMS

For password changes, visit My Account > Security Settings

4. Managing Shipping Addresses

To manage delivery addresses:

  • Go to My Account > Address Book

  • Add, edit, or delete saved locations

  • You can also set a default address for faster checkout

5. Security and Privacy

Your information is protected with secure encryption. Always:

  • Keep your password confidential

  • Log out after using shared devices

  • Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorized activity
